October 2022 - Growing with Grounding
After years of requests, I am giving in, leaning into my own anxieties and will be posting a variety of monthly meditations, grounding videos, and visualizations. These will be free to access and anyone can participate! Show up in your jammies or in your work duds, while sitting in your car, living room, or along the space of your favourite path. Any way and any time that feels good for you!
November 2022 - Eco-therapy: The Inside Experience
After many delays, our unique CBT/Eco-therapy blended group for Emotional Eating is finally beginning on November 5, 2022! This group is for anyone struggling with stress, anxiety, and depression and coping with food and emotional overeating. If you are curious about Eco-therapy and want to explore the benefits of nature through a gentle, self-guided approach without wet socks or spider webs, come join us!
Applying Eco-therapy allows us get back in touch with our environments and bodies, helps us to relax and calm busy, wandering minds, improve nervous system regulation to support positive limbic and prefrontal functioning and improved coping and resilience.
