Nakusp is a tiny town with a wonderful history that offers enormous beauty and outdoor areas for play, health, and healing. Building on last years' Therapy Groups, such as "Break The Binge" and "Finding Your Power, not Perfection" and workshops on Emotional Regulation and Mindfulness-based Coping, the fabulous landscape of Nakusp will present even greater opportunities for taking individual and group therapy practices outdoors.
